What do I do if I am unhappy with something from my order?

If you are unhappy with something, please send us an email at support@slacktyde.com describing the problem along with your order number. We will make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

We offer free exchanges and returns for unworn products. If you are needing to exchange or return a product, please email us.*

*Return shipping will be reimbursed via your original order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Most of our orders are shipped out with expedited shipping and should usually be delivered within five business days.

International orders will take longer to be delivered, usually 10-14 days.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

Every once in awhile our supply stock lags in updating. If this is the case, you would receive an email explaining that the item that you ordered is out of stock. From there, we can either replace the item with another item/ color, or provide you with a refund.

How can I search to find products on the website?

There is a search bar located at the top right corner. If you are on a device other than a desktop, you will most likely have to click the three lines to make the search function visible.
